MEX HUB SCIB System Admin and Static Data Jr Analyst I

About the role

This position supports the MEX HUB SCIB team by administering critical risk and market‑data systems and ensuring high‑quality static data for pre‑trade activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor end‑to‑end processes, resolve incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end circuits, perform completeness and integrity analysis, and generate daily status reports.
• Follow up on technological and operational incidents, propose action plans, and coordinate incident resolution across teams.
• Parameterize and configure risk systems, including Asset Control and Murex, for market data such as rate curves, credit curves, volatilities, and repo margin equity.
• Manage static data settings, manual price loading, and price reconciliation between Asset Control and Murex.
• Control user access to portfolios in Murex and handle remote access permissions.
• Develop and monitor data‑quality controls, coordinate error resolution, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, propose process improvements, and respond to user queries.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in system administration or data quality within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage incident workflows.
