New Grad - PMO Consultant

About the role

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a motivated New Graduate to join its Project Management Office (PMO) team in Querétaro. As a PMO Consultant you will support project activities across aerospace and automotive engagements, helping clients improve project delivery and portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Report issues, propose mitigation plans, and support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain consistent and traceable information flow between engineers, program managers, and senior leadership.
• Create data reports and dashboards that visualise project progress and performance metrics.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings and provide operational insights to increase productivity and flexibility.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in project management activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Interest or experience in the aerospace or automotive sectors is a plus.
