On Site Medical Representative

About the role

The On Site Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the dedicated medical point of contact for an Amazon fulfillment center. Reporting to the WHS Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages occupational health incidents, and supports site‑wide wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records for all associates.
• Stock, clean, and inspect first‑aid kits and emergency equipment.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR, and AED procedures.
• Submit daily activity logs and monthly incident analyses to leadership.
• Attend and present at regular stand‑up safety meetings.
• Manage the AmCare room, including supply procurement and controlled access.
• Rotate shifts as required; the role is fully onsite.

Required profile

• Valid CPR, first‑aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain within four weeks).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
