Online ESL Teacher – Young Learners

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic American expats who are certified English teachers to deliver live, online group lessons to young learners. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging English lessons for children via Zoom and WebEx following a structured curriculum.
• Maintain a fun, memorable, and effective learning environment.
• Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Friday 6‑10 PM, Saturday‑Sunday 9 AM‑9 PM Beijing Time).
• Participate in onboarding, professional development, and community events.

Required profile

• Native English speaker, preferably from the USA.
• Valid 120‑hour TESOL/TEFL certification.
• At least 2 years of online English teaching experience, including group instruction.
• Energetic, child‑friendly teaching style and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom.
• Proficiency with WebEx.
