Pricing Operations Analyst – Associate (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate in Pricing, Promotion & Rebate Management to support the Revenue Management NA Team. The role involves administering, extending and terminating pricing agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain price lists.
• Review and validate pricing requests against guidelines.
• Conduct pricing analysis and audits.
• Communicate and implement pricing changes with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify, scope and execute strategic price process improvement projects.
• Perform checks for potential channel conflicts and inconsistencies.
• Ensure pricing remains within contractual periods.
• Manage new product pricing creation and modifications.
• Collaborate on the annual price increase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English reading, writing and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience improving processes and systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational matrix organization.
• Leadership qualities and quantitative, analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and large data sets.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
