Procurement Ingredients Associate Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Procurement Ingredients Associate Manager to lead the digital transformation of its procurement function. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and the design of automated, data‑driven processes to support a $100 million annual spend.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of over 20 PMF suppliers and oversee RFP processes.
• Map, document, and redesign end‑to‑end procurement processes using BPMN, SIPOC and best‑practice standards.
• Design and implement automations with Power Automate, UiPath or SAP IRPA for approvals, purchase orders and contracts.
• Develop and execute the digital roadmap, including e‑sourcing, e‑invoicing and e‑contracting platforms, and monitor related KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional digital transformation projects, coordinating with IT, Finance and external suppliers.
• Create dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI or Tableau to support strategic decisions.
• Harmonize bidding processes, drive cost‑optimization initiatives and support sustainability projects.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure accurate forecasting with the planning team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar procurement spend and supplier relationships.
• Strong background in digital process automation and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the food & beverage or consumer goods sector is preferred.
