Production Supervisor – Interior Decoratives

About the role

Mata Automotive is seeking a Production Supervisor for Interior Decoratives to lead daily operations on multiple production lines. You will ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety while coordinating a team that works with premium interior materials for leading automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the shop floor for several interior‑decorative production lines.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of team members, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Provide service management and support to staff.
• Prepare and deliver production reports for shift closure.
• Optimize resources, meet production deadlines, and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• University degree in production, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on experience with automotive interior materials such as wood, carbon fiber and fiberglass.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 domain requirements.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Knowledge of customers such as Tesla, Rivian, GM and VW.
