Project Controller (Cost Analyst)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Controller (Cost Analyst) to lead the commercial side of program acquisition and development. You will work closely with program managers to ensure financial performance aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate commercial activities during the acquisition and development phases.
• Maintain and update costing databases covering raw materials, purchased parts, labor routings, overhead rates, CAPEX, and tooling.
• Provide timely financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and gate‑review reporting.
• Partner with program managers to drive financial success and achieve key performance indicators.
• Support cost‑improvement initiatives and provide costing expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with FACTON, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to develop and execute data queries.
