About the role
As a Project Leader at our Linares plant, you will drive savings and continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost operational excellence. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance and site leadership to turn ideas into measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution and implementation of savings and cost‑avoidance projects, ensuring targets are met.
- Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.
- Facilitate Lean Manufacturing activities such as Zero Loss workshops, problem‑solving sessions and Gemba walks.
- Coach project owners and engage cross‑functional stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor performance, support KWS routines, and ensure compliance with GMP and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience leading projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of delivering continuous‑improvement, cost‑saving or productivity initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables).
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Structured problem‑solving tools.
