Project Manager – Medical Device Projects

About the role

Integer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead contract and proprietary stimulation lead projects within our medical device portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal management, and Greatbatch, ensuring projects meet design control, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support development of new or modified invasive and implantable medical products.
• Serve as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate stimulation lead technologies and contribute to intellectual property documentation.
• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects following the department’s project management methodology.
• Develop and track project plans, lead meetings, provide status reports, and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Implement PMO processes such as demand management, resource planning, and performance metrics.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected business benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in material logistics or a related technical field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in materials and logistics, with at least 2‑3 years in system development and implementation.
• Strong management, leadership, and financial management capabilities.
• Proven business consulting skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of technology impact on organizational processes and large‑scale global project implementation.
