Project Manager – Water Division

About the role

As a Project Manager in the Water Division, you will drive the planning, coordination and execution of complex water‑related initiatives. You will be the central point of accountability, working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex, high‑impact water projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and risk management.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the trusted point of contact and advisor.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver integrated services.
• Leverage client feedback to drive continuous improvement and service enhancements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Administration, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the water industry or water safety is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
