Real Estate Asset Manager

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to lead our growth initiatives at Tesla’s Mexico City sales, service and delivery hub. You will partner with multiple business units to shape our real‑estate strategy, from immediate expansion needs to long‑term portfolio planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to define real‑estate requirements such as relocation, consolidation, expansion, sublease and purchase.
• Develop search criteria, evaluate geographic options and perform zoning/entitlement checks.
• Analyze economic, demographic and market data to build qualitative and quantitative location models.
• Create business case materials for executive approval and manage site due‑diligence for development.
• Negotiate non‑binding LOIs, lease terms and coordinate with external brokers and counsel.
• Track critical lease dates and support lease administration across the region.
• Work closely with project, design, accounting and finance teams to meet timeline and budget goals.
• Prepare lease documents, site evaluation packages and oversee internal programs for site set‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of transactional real‑estate experience across multiple product types.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze and present demographic and financial data to senior leadership.
• Basic understanding of key real‑estate concepts; municipal planning and zoning experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
