Recruiter (Full-Time Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a U.S. client. You will build pipelines, engage top talent, advise hiring managers, and drive fast, high‑quality hires while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, success criteria, and hiring timelines.
• Write compelling job descriptions and align sourcing strategies with market conditions.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews, assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication from outreach through offer, ensuring fast response times and clear expectations.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones, collect feedback, run debriefs, and support decision making.
• Draft offers, handle negotiations, close candidates efficiently, and support onboarding handoff.
• Track time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health using Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• Strategic yet hands‑on mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles without sacrificing quality.
• Sense of urgency balanced with a commitment to candidate quality.
• Clear communicator with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job‑board sourcing.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
• Ability to craft Boolean search strings and conduct competency‑based interviews.
