Regional Performance Manager

About the role

The Regional Performance Manager will lead supply chain performance across multiple business units and centers of excellence, ensuring service levels and operational excellence in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Performance Management: drive MU and COE supply chain performance through key KPIs (SL, DIH, Waste, FCA), ensure achievement of service levels, support global/regional IIM and bottleneck management, optimize inventory, and provide early warnings on deviations.
• Demand & Supply Planning Excellence: identify and implement best practices for demand (STD, Promo, IIM, Demand Sensing) and supply (CRP, NDF sourcing), build planning capabilities through training, conduct health checks, define improvement actions, and develop regional maturity models aligned with global standards.
• COPE (OMP Implementation): support MUs/COEs during COPE P&C implementation and OMP rollout, lead the regional Run & Perform phase post‑go‑live, and act as the primary contact between local and global technical teams.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: develop KPI reports, use analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Science.
• Relevant FMCG experience, especially in supply chain planning.
• Strong process and project management background.
• Analytical, strategic and process‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Performance‑driven and results oriented.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Solid SAP knowledge (APO/OMP, BI, Master Data, ERP MM).
