Sales Development Representative (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help expand our market presence across Mexico. This fully remote position focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and setting up qualified meetings for our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers at target companies.
• Qualify leads according to defined criteria and book meetings for the internal sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records.
• Consistently achieve or exceed outreach and meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable handling cold calls and objections.
• Self‑driven, performance‑oriented, and able to work independently.
