SAP BTP Developer (Frontend Focus)

About the role

The SAP BTP Developer will join the Asset Lifecycle Management global team, contributing to the operation and development of SAP BTP solutions. The focus is on frontend development using SAP Fiori within a collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of global BTP applications.
• Work in an agile team focusing on BTP CAP Java development and frontend delivery.
• Create, optimise, and update software applications, ensuring consistency of user stories and requirements.
• Design and implement technical solutions, review code, and test features against acceptance criteria.
• Identify and fix bugs, and collaborate with other development teams or external providers for optimal solutions.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in software development.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, CAP Java, SAP Fiori, and cloud‑based software development.
• Proactive attitude with a holistic view from conception to operation.
• Experience working in agile (Scrum) environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams.
