Security Engineer – ServiceNow Vulnerability Automation

About the role

Softtek is seeking a Security Engineer to lead the integration of its vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow. The role focuses on designing, developing, and validating an automated solution that turns detected vulnerabilities into actionable tickets, improving remediation speed, SLA tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the technical solution that automates the vulnerability remediation lifecycle.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows that convert scan results into trackable tickets.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain accurate reporting and SLA monitoring for remediation activities.

Required profile

• Experience in network security, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability response processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integration and workflow management.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
