Senior Accountant

About the role

Flix is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. You will support general ledger functions, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing activities in a fast‑moving, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and assist in reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and legal teams to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide documentation and explanations for audits.
• Keep organized, up‑to‑date financial records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) and Reconciliation‑to‑Report (RTR) processes.
• Fluent English with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
