About the role
Group-IB is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join its LATAM Sales Team, focusing on Mexico and the Caribbean. The role will drive sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and build strong client relationships in the cybersecurity market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, manage pipelines and monitor performance to meet sales goals.
- Lead, motivate and train a sales team, providing performance feedback.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prospect, generate leads, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends and report performance to management.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and other departments to align strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM.
Required profile
- 10+ years of proven sales experience, primarily in cybersecurity, selling in Mexico and the Caribbean.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
