Senior Capital Partner – Legal Advisory Firm

About the role

Vega Law is seeking one or more senior capital partners to help expand its national footprint across Mexico. The role combines funding, strategic advice, and business development for a leading corporate, finance and estate‑planning law practice serving high‑net‑worth family‑owned companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide capital and strategic guidance to support the firm’s growth objectives.
• Attract new clients and identify business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external professionals on complex acquisitions, financial facilities, investments and divestitures.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, knowledge base and professional standards.
• Maintain and expand a personal book of business within the HNW/UHNW segment.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in at least one relevant jurisdiction, with additional bar admissions or international experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in corporate, investment and transactional law, including structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals.
• Proven track record advising HNW/UHNW individuals, family‑owned companies, funds or trusts on sophisticated investment structures.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
• High professional integrity, business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
