Senior Customer Success Manager – LATAM

About the role

Dyson is seeking a strategic, relationship‑focused Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with the Managing Director of its LATAM market. The role connects the customer function with market leadership, ensuring both teams achieve ambitious goals and deliver outstanding service to Dyson owners.

Key responsibilities

• Executive partnership – act as trusted advisor to the Managing Director, aligning customer strategies with market objectives through regular strategic reviews.
• Customer success strategy – design and execute tailored success plans, monitor KPIs, adoption and satisfaction to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross‑functional alignment – serve as the bridge between the Managing Director and the Customer team, collaborating to resolve issues and champion market needs.
• Operational excellence – guarantee high‑quality, timely service delivery while driving continuous improvement through feedback and performance analytics.
• Advocacy and improvement – gather market feedback, identify innovation opportunities and advocate for changes that enhance both the MD’s and customers’ experience.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑growing markets or strong market knowledge of LATAM.
• Background in customer service or product repair preferred.
• Collaborative and communicative, with proven ability to build relationships across teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills – able to translate strategy into action and deliver results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable working with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Passionate about elevating the customer experience at Dyson.
