Senior Full Stack Developer – LATAM Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our early‑stage product team as an independent contractor serving the LATAM region. You will own critical systems, make architectural decisions, and help build scalable, reliable services in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of backend and frontend components, from design to production.
• Define and evolve system architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate across multiple product initiatives, delivering high‑quality features on tight timelines.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure high availability.
• Communicate clearly with remote teammates, aligning on priorities and technical direction.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Proven experience building production‑grade systems.
• Excellent engineering judgment and comfort handling ambiguity.
• Clear communication skills in a remote, distributed setting.
• Experience in fast‑growth or regulated environments is a plus.
