About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will lead sales growth and nurture relationships with major retailers across the Mexican market. This position focuses on expanding the direct‑serve business while executing strategic sales plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and major retailers in Mexico.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, spotting opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with retailers on joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Provide training and support to retailer sales teams to boost product knowledge and sales.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3‑5 years of sales management experience, focusing on key‑account development in the Mexico market.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
