About the role
TEKATEKA Group, a global leader in kitchen solutions, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with major retail accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales, market share, and profitability while ensuring the brand’s strategic positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop commercial relationships with key retail accounts and big‑box chains.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Drive growth in sales, market share and profitability through strategic account plans.
- Identify upselling opportunities and category expansion.
- Track performance metrics, KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations and product teams.
- Analyse market, competition and industry trends.
- Represent TEKATEKA in meetings, events and strategic negotiations.
- Prepare forecasts for sell‑in and sell‑out.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience with large retailers such as Liverpool, Sears, Palacio de Hierro or Suburbia.
- Experience handling complex sales cycles in the modern retail channel.
- Strong trading and negotiation capabilities.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Desirable experience in the appliance or consumer durable industry.
