Senior .NET Developer – Full‑stack & Microservices

About the role

Solera is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join its fast‑growing product development team. You will work in an agile, start‑up‑like environment delivering robust, stable software using a modern technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Develop new features and enhance existing .NET applications.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to production.
• Investigate and resolve defects in existing systems.
• Define and implement non‑functional requirements such as performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve automation.
• Deliver API‑enabled components and microservices.
• Collaborate within a distributed Agile team and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and guide architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of commercial software development experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proven experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Hands‑on experience with TDD/BDD, SQL/NoSQL databases, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience in a microservices/DevOps environment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience mentoring other developers.
