Senior Project Manager – Video Delivery Solutions

About the role

Ateme, a global leader in video delivery technology, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer deployment projects across North America. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of cutting‑edge streaming solutions, coordinating with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure successful integration and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor project schedules with customers, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Manage internal and external resources for installation, acceptance testing and launch activities.
• Conduct regular steering meetings and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to resolve interoperability issues.
• Write or contribute to Statements of Work, Acceptance Tests and technical documentation.
• Lead acceptance testing and training sessions with customer teams.
• Track questions, issues and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet quality, performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Sales, Support & Deployment Engineers and Product teams.
• Support multiple concurrent projects in dynamic, mission‑critical environments and travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
• Recognized project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical deployments for broadcast, media delivery, streaming, SaaS, cloud or telecom customers.
• Strong understanding of video compression and distribution architectures (DTH, DTT, IPTV, OTT, CDN, VoD, DVR).
• Ability to manage international customer projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
