As the Regional Distributor Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving distributor-led growth across the CaSA region, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and disciplined market execution.

Main Missions

• Drive distributor-led growth in collaboration with the CaSA General Manager and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Lead and guide commercial operations for distributors in one or more Andean countries to ensure sustainable growth.
• Align market plans and execution across various channels and sport dimensions by interfacing with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sports Marketing.
• Ensure strict distributor compliance with Nike's brand directives, strategies, and operational standards.
• Negotiate distribution plans and build high-level strategic relationships with distributor executives to strengthen alignment.
• Monitor performance through rigorous KPI tracking and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver the market plan.
