Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

LionHead Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead the full SEO lifecycle for law‑firm clients across the United States. This remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering measurable organic lead growth and transparent reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO strategy and execution for assigned accounts, including audits, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page, technical SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization simultaneously.
• Validate tracking setups in Google Search Console, GA4, call‑tracking tools, and CRM attribution before campaigns launch.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and qualified lead volume, running tests on content, internal linking, and local SEO signals.
• Collaborate with content, development, and project‑management teams while mentoring junior specialists.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of hands‑on SEO execution in an agency environment.
• Proven track record with documented before/after ranking and lead data.
• Experience handling local, technical, and content SEO across multiple client accounts.
• Ability to treat each client account as a business, focusing on verified qualified leads.
