Senior SEO/CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist to lead organic growth and conversion initiatives for a portfolio of mid‑market B2B brands. Based in Mexico, you will work within a cross‑functional squad to translate data‑driven strategies into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) and CRO strategy for up to six B2B brands, defining long‑term organic growth and conversion vision.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Design holistic, business‑focused content and optimization plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Conduct technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, architecture improvements and experimentation.
• Develop creative SEO tactics including keyword research, content planning, link‑worthy assets and broader organic opportunities.
• Guide conversion optimization projects using experiments, analytics and customer insights.
• Use data tools (GA4, GrowthBook, Google Sheets automations, analytics platforms) to demonstrate results and inform decisions.
• Coordinate specialists across content, development, code and analytics to ensure execution of strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other strategists to share learnings and maintain a centralized optimization process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proven track record managing client‑facing relationships and acting as a strategic partner.
• Strong ability to communicate complex opportunities and build executive buy‑in.
• Experience working with B2B brands and mid‑market portfolios.
