Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join a fast‑growing, remote‑first organization in Mexico. You will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of internal IT operations while supporting employees across multiple regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal employees worldwide.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and access‑management issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning via Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
• Administer endpoint‑management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets through Jira or similar ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware lifecycle.
• Assist with office‑hub operations, internal events, and cross‑functional technical projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve systems, user experience, and service delivery.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration, or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM/endpoint‑management tools (Intune, Jamf, or equivalents).
• Proven support experience for both Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and remote‑access technologies.
• Experience with VPN solutions and Citrix.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and service‑desk platforms such as Jira.
• Effective communication and a customer‑focused mindset.
