SEO Digital Growth & Automation Specialist

About the role

WeLease is looking for a multi‑talented Digital Growth & Automation Specialist to lead its in‑house marketing and technical operations. The ideal candidate will blend high‑level SEO and content strategy with hands‑on web development and AI‑driven process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and execute on‑page/off‑page SEO to improve Google rankings for property‑management and real‑estate investment terms.
• Create, publish, and repurpose high‑quality blog articles into LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram posts.
• Develop white‑hat backlink strategies and manage digital PR outreach.
• Maintain and enhance the WeLease website, including CMS updates, plugin management, and security.
• Design and code high‑converting landing pages and implement UI/UX improvements.
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into marketing and administrative workflows.
• Automate lead routing, CRM updates, and internal notifications using platforms like LeadSimple.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or web development.
• Strong copywriting ability for professional, long‑form content.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience reporting ROI and conversion metrics.
