Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new product features as part of a full‑stack engineering team.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional engineers to gather requirements and propose improvements.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, contributing ideas for the next generation of the platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases to ensure scalability and high quality.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a balance of technical (IQ) and interpersonal (EQ) skills.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced fintech environment.
