Sr. Specialist, Manufacturing Engineering

About the role

AGCO is looking for a Senior Specialist in Manufacturing Engineering to join its on‑site team in Mexico. The role supports the company’s mission to address global food security and climate challenges by ensuring compliance and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit federal and local tax returns accurately, meeting all deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate invoices (CFDI) to ensure compliance with current tax regulations and avoid deductibility risks.
• Calculate monthly and annual taxes applying the latest legislation, rates, and official guidelines.
• Assist internal and external audits by preparing workpapers, tax reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounting and tax records, guaranteeing proper documentation and organizational compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering with direct exposure to SAP, MES and PLM.
• At least 5 years of experience in change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
