Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Mexico

About the role

The People Team at Garena is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Mexico. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent, while also building strong relationships with universities to create a sustainable early‑talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for selected roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Proactively source high‑potential candidates using creative, non‑traditional channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and provide market insights.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for business‑critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Lead campus recruiting initiatives, manage university relationships, and execute career events.
• Design and execute mass‑recruitment programs, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline hiring processes.
• Track and analyze recruiting data to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong judgment on candidate quality and fit.
• Deep understanding of the Mexican talent market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proven sourcing and assessment capabilities.
• Experience with campus recruiting or early‑talent programs (highly preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive, and resource‑oriented work style.
