Teams Transport Coordinator, FIFA World Cup 26™

About the role

The Teams Transport Coordinator will join the FIFA World Cup 26™ Event Transport team in Tijuana. Reporting to the Client Services PMA Cluster Supervisors, you will manage all transport operations for an assigned team base‑camp or venue hotel, ensuring seamless bus, fleet, and airport services for participating teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑scope transport operations at the designated hotel or training site, including bus, fleet, and airport/FBO services.
• Act as the primary liaison between drivers, suppliers, the Team Security Liaison Officer, airport authorities, and FIFA Transport.
• Maintain bubble‑to‑bubble logistics, adhering to FIFA service levels and operational procedures.
• Monitor and resolve any transport‑related issues to ensure client satisfaction and safety.
• Collaborate closely with Team Services, Operational Services, and other key stakeholders.
