Trainee Recruiter – Entry-Level Remote Position

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Trainee Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will support senior recruiters throughout the hiring cycle while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Review applications and conduct initial resume screening under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
