Transportation Intern – Logistics & Import Coordination

About the role

The Transportation Intern will support the tracking and digitization of import processes to ensure timely arrival of materials, while helping to optimize costs and update customs procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Track maritime, land and air collections to guarantee on‑time material arrivals.
• Set and update order arrival dates in SAP.
• Assist in digitizing and optimizing the material collection process.
• Identify and propose cost‑saving opportunities in transportation processes.
• Update customs area procedures.
• Maintain communication with national and international suppliers.

Required profile

• Student of International Business, International Relations or International Trade.
• Analytical mindset capable of spotting improvement areas and proposing solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office (essential).
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Power BI (desirable).
