Warehouse & Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support our communications agency’s logistics and back‑office operations. The role involves managing inventory, preparing kits for campaigns, and providing administrative assistance to the account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplies by brand in the warehouse and keep inventory records up to date.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movements, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and database entry.
• Assemble and package shipment kits according to brand guidelines, maintaining quality standards.
• Arrange and track the delivery of kits to creators, press, and other key recipients, updating shipping records with dates, guides, and confirmations.
• Support the account team with operational tasks and logistical documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Administration, Business Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Full‑time availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
• Enthusiastic, organized, proactive and trustworthy, with direct access to warehouse materials.
