IT HelpDesk Engineer

About the role

Netcracker is looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer to join its Corporate IT department. You will provide on‑site and remote technical support for PCs, peripherals, and software, ensuring smooth daily operations for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively maintain IT systems to minimise user disruption.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software and networking queries.
• Diagnose and resolve computer issues through user consultation and diagnostics.
• Repair, upgrade, format and reinstall operating systems on PCs.
• Install and uninstall software applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and other application problems.
• Support remote users via RDP or telephone.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment, ensuring stock availability and timely refresh of end‑of‑life assets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT HelpDesk Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Active Directory and Office.
• Basic networking understanding.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English and native or advanced Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT‑related field.
• Optional certifications: ITIL, CompTIA.
