Junior Data Scientist – Digital Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Data Scientist to support our digital analytics team. The role combines data engineering, performance analysis and business insight to improve the online conversion funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run complex SQL and Python queries to extract, clean and structure large datasets.
• Monitor digital performance metrics, identify friction points in the acquisition, retention and churn processes, and recommend optimisation actions.
• Leverage Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to gather behavioural data and translate it into actionable business logic.
• Build high‑impact dashboards and reports in Excel and BI tools for executive review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover revenue‑driving opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical intuition and ability to communicate data‑driven stories to stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Python programming.
• Proficient SQL query writing.
• Expert‑level Excel, including advanced modelling.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
