Linux Administrator & Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Linux Administrator & Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our digital transformation team in Mexico City. You will be responsible for managing Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized workloads across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, harden, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on‑prem or in the cloud.
• Build, manage, and optimise Docker containers and registries.
• Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Manage firewalls, DNS, routing, SSL, and perform security hardening.
• Automate tasks with Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and resolve deployment issues.
• Handle backup, snapshots, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide L1/L2 support for servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on Linux administration and infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with VMware, KVM, or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment with rotational on‑call duties.
