RTR Supervisor – Finance Reporting (Latam)

About the role

Unilever is seeking an experienced RTR Supervisor to lead the Record to Report process for its Latin America operations. The role focuses on delivering accurate monthly financial reporting to headquarters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful analysis of financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to Unilever headquarters.
• Analyse income statements, balance sheets, cash‑flow and equity statements.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and ensure balance‑sheet hygiene.
• Collaborate with country Controllers to support month‑end closing and corrective accounting actions.
• Maintain compliance controls for GFCF & SCOA and monitor key performance indicators.
• Participate in global projects, automation initiatives and digital reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement through process reviews and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment.
• Experience working in a Global Business Services Center is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
