About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Expert to work remotely as an HR Consultant, designing AI training rubrics for employee travel and cross‑border movement scenarios. The role blends international HR expertise with crisis‑management experience to shape structured data for AI evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that train AI models on employee travel and cross‑border movement scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders to align rubrics with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Leverage crisis‑management experience to create realistic, multi‑stage scenario rubrics for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess and refine model outputs, focusing on structured reasoning, judgment under uncertainty, and response‑planning quality.
• Document best practices and contribute expertise to rubric development for enterprise‑level global mobility operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating rubrics with the ability to provide structured feedback for AI or data‑centric projects.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols.
