Partnerships Operations Specialist

About the role

This role streamlines the onboarding and end‑to‑end execution of partners, ensuring new alliances launch successfully and scale efficiently. It works cross‑functionally with Product, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and Marketing to keep partner launches, onboarding processes, and operational initiatives moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding and execution workflows for partners to expand operational capacity.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, improve timelines, and reduce bottlenecks across internal teams.
• Create and maintain operational infrastructure such as playbooks, trackers, follow‑up cadences, and launch checklists.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and follow‑ups to improve collaboration and resolve operational blockers.
• Provide visibility into partner readiness, launch timelines, and ongoing operational performance.
