Quality and Food Safety Analyst

About the role

Join the Supply Chain team at our Linares plant as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst. You will lead on‑site execution of food safety and sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and auditing of sanitation, cleaning, SSOPs, pest control, chemical control, and allergen cleaning programs.
• Administer internal food safety and sanitation audits, investigate deviations, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives to reduce microbiological risk and optimize cleaning efficiency.
• Train and coach plant employees and contractors on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and allergen control.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and external service providers to ensure effective program execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• Experience executing food safety, sanitation, and prerequisite programs in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization systems (SSOPs), pest control, chemical control, and allergen management.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting food safety investigations.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
