Senior Mobile Engineer – iOS Swift & Android

About the role

Softtek is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead iOS (Swift) and Android development across its Mexican operations. The role combines deep mobile expertise with full‑stack context engineering, ensuring seamless integration between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android applications.
• Act as a central orchestrator of system context, bridging product, business, and technical layers.
• Design and implement APIs and services using .NET technologies.
• Apply AI‑assisted development workflows and AI agents to improve productivity.
• Optimize performance through lazy loading, change detection, and UI composition.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical specifications with user experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in iOS (Swift) and Android development.
• Strong understanding of component architecture and state management (e.g., NgRx, signals).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
