Senior Software Engineer – AI-native consultancy

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for regulated-industry clients. You will lead discovery calls, validate product decisions and ship full-stack applications using the Anthropic stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery calls, sprint reviews, roadmap discussions and demos.
• Evaluate and pressure-test product decisions before implementation.
• Scope, design and deliver full-stack features in TypeScript/JavaScript using Node, React and Next.js.
• Write and maintain BDD test suites with Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Integrate daily with the Anthropic API and Claude Code, building structured outputs, tool use and agent workflows.
• Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring clear communication and zero surprises.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) or equivalent.
• Deep experience with production-grade TypeScript/JavaScript architecture.
• Strong AWS expertise; Azure/GCP not a substitute.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, structured outputs, prompt engineering).
• Comfortable leading client calls and demos with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to context-switch across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Disciplined adherence to structured delivery frameworks, PR hygiene and documentation.
• Full-time dedication; concurrent formal employment not allowed.
• Based anywhere in the Americas and available from 9 am Eastern time.
