AI Operations Specialist - AI Agents & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to design, test, and deploy AI‑driven workflows that streamline operations across the organization. This hands‑on builder will turn messy business processes into scalable, AI‑enabled solutions using a range of automation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents, automations, and reusable "skills" that reduce manual work.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy workflow automations with Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, OpenAI and related tools.
• Identify repetitive manual workflows and redesign them into scalable automated processes.
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents and automations for quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and document workflows, prompts, logic, and system instructions.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate pain points into AI solutions.
• Train non‑technical team members and act as the internal AI automation expert.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, operations or technical implementation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Claude and Zapier.
• Proven experience building AI agents, automations, or reusable AI workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace, APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working AI‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent process‑mapping, problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
