Global Procurement Senior Coordinator – Grains

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Senior Coordinator to lead the Direct Materials category for grains (SEMOLA) across its manufacturing footprint. The role manages a $40 MM annual spend, drives supplier relationships, and supports sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑pilot the management of the Direct Materials category (SEMOLA) with a total spend of approx. USD 40 MM per year.
• Manage over 10 PMF suppliers and lead RFP processes, harmonising bidding and cost structures.
• Co‑lead sustainability projects aligned with the PeP+ agenda and validate new sourcing origins.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure end‑to‑end execution.
• Consolidate volume, spend and vendor data across sites and business units to leverage regional/global scale.
• Implement legal contract management covering 100 % of suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, Finance) and regional teams to define business continuity plans for key materials.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture or Economics.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong analytical ability with expertise in financial analysis and cost modelling.
• Excellent organisational, execution and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English is highly desirable; experience in sustainable agriculture sourcing is a plus.
