Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Equipment Service & Maintenance team is looking for a Maintenance Technician to plan, execute, and document routine technical maintenance across production and logistics areas. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, supporting installation projects, and providing first‑level incident support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned maintenance processes, ensuring completion and proper documentation.
• Analyze technical problems on site and perform repairs according to established procedures.
• Oversee and carry out ramp‑up, set‑up, and start‑up activities to prepare machines for operation.
• Contribute to on‑site installation projects and support industrial engineers.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for processes and equipment.
• Provide routine technical maintenance for various machines in production or logistics environments.
• Deliver inbound, FAQ‑based first‑level customer service for equipment‑related incidents.
• Follow work instructions and maintenance procedures to ensure reliable service.
• Record work activities and results in the maintenance management system.

Required profile

• Experience performing routine technical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Capability to follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfort working collaboratively with industrial engineers and support teams.
• Customer‑service orientation for handling first‑level incident queries.
